Unique, excellent and harmonious. Amber color with a delicate aroma of pears obtained from maceration in their juice. For each bottle of Francois Peyrot Liqueur au Cognac Poire, 14 kilos of Williams pears are used. Inimitable mix of aromas of cognac and Williams pear. Excellent at the end of a meal as an accompaniment to desserts based on chocolate or cream. It goes very well with good dark chocolate. In our opinion it can be sipped alone as a meditation distillate as well as it can accompany a good ice cream with cream flavors such as fiordilatte, zabaglione cream, dark chocolate, straciatella and hazelnut.
